Manager Communication: 
Really mellow first round, but second round definitely picked up in terms of ticket sales. Alien: Romulus is doing okay in the bigger theaters, so hopefully that keeps up over the weekend. JH
Gangsta... Everyone today... Gangsta... Loved it! Once Natasha clocked in I had Tevon batch and moved Patrick to Tree's because I felt more confident having Gabrielle solo down there. - AB2

Customer Comments:
Homie Michael (dude that Dana recently had to kick out for making Lydia uncomfortable and what not) was at the bar and ordered a beer. I saw it was him and told Dwight to kick him out and he did. Homie was NOT happy about it. He left saying "FUCK ALL Y'ALL." Fun way to start the shift with a little confrontation. It was chill. Dwight knows who he is but also if anyone else see's him just refuse to serve him is all. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon hooked us up with batching and was cut after doing a restock. Gabrielle was cut after Patrick restocked Lobby bar before the first round.
Patrick was great in Lobby and handled everything solo with no issues. Natasha and Matthew rocked out Tree's like straight Gangsta's. Just HANDLED business. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Quetzie was awesome tonight running trays and handling BUSINESS!! 

Hiring/Training:
Gus was able to train on inventory this morning with me, and we walked through how to process the numbers and percentages afterwards.  He got some practice batching, setting us up for the weekend on PST Concentrate, and is set to do his kitchen trail this evening at 6:00pm. JH   :

I batched up 1 Cue The Montage. I think we should be good on that. For backup we have in the walk-in a 2 quart container.
I considered batching WHAM (Wet Hot American Summer) but decided not to. We have about 3qts more or less between both bars. We have syrup ready just in case we need to batch it up at some point. - AB2

Mobilebytes Issues:
Had some issues in Trees... The main POS was messed up and I learned it was because the power strip was faulty and the on/off switch was broken off and I was trying to flick it on and off but it kept shocking me. Jared got me a new one and I was able to get everything up and running and Tree's is back to normal. Just keep an eye on it if anything happens tomorrow but we should be coolin' and GTG. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
