Manager Communication:
Outside of a busy TH2 the rest of the building was relatively quiet which was perfect to get us all up and ready for tomorrow. Jenn got the syrups all prepared and I sorted the product to make things go quick from the beginning. -DL


BAR Staff Observations:
Kelsey and Matthew have a great flow while working together. Had a quick rush in Trees and they were able to dance through it without missing any steps as Darius knocked out service bar mostly alone. -DL 

FOH Staff Observations:
Dee had a great energy and was extremely helpful on multiple levels during the busy and slow moments of the night. -DL

Special Events?
Karaoke had a small, but fun crowd tonight during the rainy moment. -DL

86ed / counts on items:
Pamplemouse will arrive on Friday morning. Until then let's keep an eye on Neon Demon and put it on a count Tomorrow if necessary. -DL 

Prep List: 
All syrups are prepped and ready to go for batching tomorrow!  Made a double batch of the Strawberry Mint, so that should get us through the top of the weekend even if it's flying out of the service pass. JH

Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot was opened at $300 instead of $200 today causing the drop it to appear $100 short at the end of the night. It was also $16 short ontop of that. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Small Baldor order arriving tomorrow.  All large n/a orders arrived today, and we are well stocked and prepped for menu change. JH

Just waiting on delivery from Serene (Interboro), 12% (Evil Twin), & Manhattan. JH

Maintenance:
Vlad changed the batteries for one of the urinals in Trees but it continued flashing red. It is already in the maintenance doc. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
