Manager Communication: 
Tonight was a sweet little break from the chaos. TH1 6PM Inside Out 2 was the only real push, giving us time to focus on product levels and transitioning into new menu. Tevon got a lot of batching done while Darius and Maya slung some cocktails. Ian handled a lot of walk-ins and newcomers down in Lobby. AB

Just some things to keep an eye on the night before menu change meeting:
- ice trays in Trees - fresh lemon and lime juice - bus bin of all liquor for batching - bus bin of all refrigerated syrups/puree for batching - fresh eggs in Trees - AB

Special Events?
Karaoke menus are ready to go, in the event container in the liquor room. AB

Other Half, Grimm, Balvenie, Pistachio Mai Tai. AB

Prep List:
Knocked out some necessities today including Bloody Mary concentrate. Butterfly syrup for Fleur Delacour is ready to go, we're pretty prepped up on the tea bags as well. Syrups we need with tomorrows delivery include: Strawberry Mint, Watermelon Hot Honey, Cotton Candy Grape, Passionfruit. Assuming the 1QT of Blackberry Syrup in the walk-in is the same recipe (6/05) for Dolan's Cadillac, we can hold off on that. It's still good and ready to rock'n'roll. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Large Baldor & US Foods orders arriving tomorrow to get ready for menu prep. JH 

Empire, Union, Skurnik and Serene will all arrive tomorrow. The new kegs will arrive tomorrow as well so let's make sure not to hook them up until the line cleaning on Friday. -DL

Singani arrived today during service, so we are back up on Neon Demon. JH
^Very low on Neon Demon until we get more pamplemousse liqueur. All is currently in Trees. AB
