Manager Communication:
Pretty fun Tuesday over here! Sold out Cora Bora in TH1 kept us on our toes, and the drink tickets @ Trees end of night turned out to be more VIP - overall smooth sailin' on our end. AB

Everything you need for Conrad's photoshoot tomorrow is behind the bar. We're bringing back the paintbrush with honey to get the Nerds on real good. *Pro tip for less mess* a little honey goes a long way. Just the faintest brush will get them on without them slipping from condensation. AB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Shout out to the boys tonight! Tevon as always, so multi-faceted in this building. Darius held down the event like nobody's business. AB

Hiring/Training: 
Nick seems to be getting Nitehawk quickly! He's great interacting with guests when in Lobby. AB

Special Events?
Cora Bora in TH1 went splendidly! AB

Ebbs Kolsh and Jack Pilsner 86'd until tomorrow's delivery. -DL
Roughly 1 quart of The Darkest of Angels in Trees, 1/2 a quart in Lobby. AB

Ariel is bringing over 2 bottles of Pomegranate Molasses since they have such a surplus over at NWB. With what we have coming in tomorrow, it should be just enough to get us through menu change. AB

Prep List:
Tevon got us batched up on some things to get back up to par after this weekend. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Southern, Union, Skurnik, SKI and Empire will all arrive tomorrow. -DL

Maintenance:
The elevator in Trees Lounge has an ungodly stench that has gotten worse. Its the same smell that occurs when the floor drains in the Trees bathrooms don't get TLC. Added back to Maintenance Doc. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
