Manager Communication:
We were slammed all day & night. The kiddo's for Inside Out 2 are wearing out the staff quite a bit, followed by the Bad Boys late night sassy crowd. A pizza party is probably in order. Bar team was extraordinary tonight, regardless. Ian took on some very sold theaters solo to start - Darius, Matthew, and Natasha took over while he got us back up on batches. Kelsey had a smooth Lobby shift with little issue, she came to support Trees at the very end. AB

The Hellraiser crowd and all surrounding festivities were a delight. The ToolBox BDSM merch table was a hit (I just wanted to type that, y'all). Trees Lounge had a full house for most of the evening. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Could not have pulled today without the whole squad. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
Had a few comments about Bryn tonight from staff, and there was a problematic situation I observed myself. Bartenders and Lead Servers noticed her at the pass only grabbing her drinks, leaving a full tray behind. I corrected her on etiquette at the pass (we were sold out, I was expoing tickets) when she came over and crumbled up a ticket without any reason. I told her from now on to radio the bar MOD or ask to not make the ticket, without inserting herself and grabbing bar tickets. She isn't very receptive to critique, no matter how gentle. AB

At the end of the night, Madison came into the office to speak on a few grievances. She mentioned that there are servers, particularly leads, who aren't actually supporting when they're assigned. She specifically mentioned Vinny and Shae as examples. There was talk regarding attitude and nitpicking as well. We mellowed the situation and talked about the obvious burn-out from the weekend and the holiday spilling into the rest of the week. A lot of this seems to boil down to the obvious cliques that have formed in the building and budding heads, but it is unfortunate to see morale at such a low. AB

Build sheets for tomorrow are printed and cut, hanging out in my mailbox to be posted tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
The #three solution for the dish washer in Trees is still getting changed consecutively every other day. Cleanslate recently did maintenance, it has been busy, and the hot water has been working. I think this is still too often? If this is the new normal, we should ask kitchen to order more at a time. AB

Mobilebytes:
Ian had an issue clocking in, it's been adjusted. AB

Filmbot Issues: 
The cardreader at Filmbot had difficulty connecting for the first few transactions.  We reset the cardreader and it was all back up and working by 2:55pm. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
