Manager Communication:
I tested the pilsner when I came in today. The line was working fine but the pressure was off for it which is what kept causing the issue last night. Just a reminder that bartenders shouldn't turn the lines off and if they do for any reason they have to make sure it's turned back on when finished. -DL

Keeping juice boxes behind both bars. Let's make sure they aren't overstocking, and keeping an eye on those expiration dates. AB

Had some pushes with TH1 sold out all day, the rest of the building was relatively calm. Matthew held down the pass all night while Jeshua handled the bar top. Kelsey had a chill night in Lobby. AB

Darius accidentally clocked out when ending his break, adjusted in Mobilebytes. AB

Customer Comments:
Inside Out 2 had a lot of walk-in near the time of the first and second round. A lot of confused parents/grandparents that need a bit more guidance and grace in lobby. -DL

Hiring/Training:
We received plenty of applications for the bartender position, both internally and externally. I marked them under Bar Hiring in the nitehawkprospectjobs email. Intend to contact qualified applicants tomorrow. -DL 

Prep List:
Ian was able to get us ahead for the weekend. A lot of Lemonade pushing out during these kids movie of course. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Manhattan arrived today. Tecate was able delivered without the anticipated delay. 
Skurnik arrived as well. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
