What a day! It wasn't easy, everyone is exhausted, but we got it done. AB

Switched Ian & Natasha's shifts for this upcoming Friday 07/05 on 7Shifts. Natasha will open Trees & Ian will close that night. AB

There are orange segment garnishes prepped in the walk-in next to the mint, so no one can be mad at me. AB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Really great work across both bars today, with Miguel holding down lobby solo the majority of the day, and Natasha setting up Trees with an open that lasted several sold out service pushes.  Maya helped Miguel reset, and then she came up to Trees, where she and Tevon stayed on top of service while Natasha helped get us batched up on some product. JH

Jeshua closed out all the tabs that were pre-authorized but didn't close out or sign, without asking me to add gratuity. He thought he could just put in 20% and I explained the legal issue regarding this and to call an MOD over next time. The card info doesn't stay stored after they've been closed out anymore - so we can no longer void payment to add gratuity and close out again without the physical card present. Is there a way to adjust this on MobileBytes? AB

Special Events? 
Volo came by this morning.  They picked up their bag and then two rounds of teams came through post-game.  We did not have any specials ready for them, as they were not expected.  I spoke with one of the volunteers for Volo and explained that Dana has reached out for game dates, but that Volo has not responded, leaving us unable to prepare for them.  Hopefully someone will reach out to Dana this week. JH

Menus and answer packets are ready to go for Tuesday Trivia. We will just need picture round printed day of. AB

I ordered more mint (enough for two batches of Strawberry Mint Syrup), so we should definitely make some more N/A Syrup as we are flying through product. JH

Maintenance: 
Lobby sodas were pouring flat at the top of service.  I was able to replace the sediment filter with Nathaniel's help, and Dana is expecting the other filters to arrive sometime this week.  After about an hour or so, the carbonation returned to the lines, so it was most likely a filtration issue.  Will be sure to up both bars' filter change schedule to once every other month, as opposed to each menu change/reprint. JH

The Strawberry Mint N/A Spritzer tasted way too sour this morning, so we made the call to temporarily 86 it while the two new kegs charged.  I cleared the line and put the product to the side.  Natasha mentioned that it had been pouring a bit too sweet yesterday, so I think it may have been a matter of the kegs not getting agitated before service.  There is a lot of syrup in this batch (1 gallon!), so let's make sure we are shaking up these kegs before and during service, especially when tapping a new one. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
