Manager Communication:
Busy start with ST&B! Smooth event in Mezzanine for the PSWT Arts Group. Ian got us all batched up. 

Th1 and TH2 had a lot of growth for the later rounds. Lobby stayed pretty active for majority of the night due to walk ins and people needing guidance. Had a large birthday group walk into Trees around 8:30. Large as in 40+ people but Ian and Tevon were able to handle them as Jenna and I worked on service bar for the late push. Glassware was the only issue we ran into for the night. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon and Jenna held it down closing Trees tonight without any hiccups. They may not be the normal Saturday closing team but they were great behind the bar with Ian. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Erika was great on the first floor all day. Really took lead and helped some of the other servers that needed help at various moments. -DL

Special Events?
Event went smooth and the clean up was a breeze. There's one dirty table cloth in a blue bag in the bar closet. -DL 

86ed / counts on items:
Ebbs is 86'd 
Dirty Shame is on a count until the infusion is ready tomorrow afternoon. -DL

Prep List:
Tomorrow will need to be a big batching day. FWWM, Lemonade, Dirty Shame and Rockford Peaches saw a big jump today with the Bad Boys crowd. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
