Manager Communication:
A lot of day of ticket sales, particularly for the later rounds, but nothing too crazy.  Trees had a couple crowds during the day, but that all wound down by 10:00pm.

Customer Comments:
Had a guest at Lobby around 5:15pm who had gotten stuck in traffic and so ran very late to the 4:15pm IF screening she had tickets for.  I explained that while I could not offer a refund, due to the film being well underway, I also could not offer tickets for the next IF screening at 5:25pm, as there were no seats together to accommodate the children in her group.  I explained studio ticketing policies, and offered her yellow passes and explained their limitations.  She was definitely upset, but not confrontational, and ultimately took the passes.  I did let her know that, should she have a similar situation in the future, to give us an email before showtime and we will run the e-credit if possible.  Just wanted to put a note here in case she emails this weekend.

BAR Staff Observations:
Openers and mids held down both bars without issue this morning before I came in.  Both openers and Jenna were able to get out of here by the time all closers had arrived, and Matthew stuck around until the final service push for Th1 settled down.  When I got out of here, Lobby had already been rerouted after being handled easily by Jeshua solo for the majority of the night, and Garbielle and Lydia had gotten a headstart on preclosing up at Trees.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Spoke with Ashley and Dana today.  Ashley is feeling well enough to work her shift tomorrow, but Dana is still feeling unwell.  I offered to work his Sunday close tomorrow, and he will be working my Monday open.  7Shifts is updated.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Jared suggested that we just make a blanket rule that all credit cards left behind in theaters be brought down to Lobby Bar, and turned in with Lobby's bank at the end of the day.  Sometimes, when a guests comes back the same day after leaving a card behind, it can take a while to track down, especially if the theater it was left in has a tight flip.  By having all credit cards brought to Lobby during a flip, this should help cut down on credit card searching time.

Prep List:
Definitely slowing down on batching as we start the month of menu change, so have been pretty judicious about batching, particularly drink specials.  We should only run one backup keg of the PYR Spritzer this month, as we will be losing it at menu change.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Pandan arrived from Amazon today, so we are back up on the green stuff.

Maintenance:
The rubber tubing on the ice machine cover is loose, so I added it to the Maintenance Doc.  We may have to order more tubing, but hopefully Juan can take care of it.

The glasswasher at Trees is going through the yellow #3 cleaning product at an alarming rate again.  Checked the tubing and the water temperature, but no other line seems to be affected and everything appears to be running correctly.  I will reach out to CleanSlate Monday morning to see if Victor can come out and check it again.  I figured, since the machine is working, it made sense to not send out a weekend maintenance call if we could avoid it.
