Monday 6.03 Dana/Ariel



Manager Communication:
Very quiet Monday. Besides a sold out Th 4 the rest of the building was extremely quiet. Tevon was able to start the frozens in Trees during the first round of the day by condensing the FWWM to just one machine. Downstairs they were able to knock out the Ecto Chiller and just grabbed some Trees if needed. -DL

One of the frozens in Tree's had a piece that broke. We had a replacement and I left that piece here in the office.

One of the frozens in the lobby also had the roller piece that broke/chipped. I have all these broken pieces together on the desk. -AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Jenna was a hour late for her shift today. During the conversation about her tardiness she voice an opinion that we may need another bartender as everyone has been swapping around to help each other but it's clearly wearing down on some of them. I added it to the meeting docs but I also think it's time to hire one more bartender. -AB

Prep List:
Tevon handle a small batch list to get us back up on Ecto Chiller and a half batch of DirtyShame as we continue to watch the No Batch List. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
There's 6 bottle of Lillet Rogue in the liquor that was suppose to be Lillet Rose. Southern will pick up and drop off the correct items tomorrow before opening. -DL

Maintenance:
I cleared out some seeds from the dishwasher and it seems to run smooth but we should continue to keep an eye on it. -DL

Mobilebytes Issues: The far side POS in Trees was not allowing card payments. It was popping up as a manual charge on the iPad to type in. Not sure why the card reader was not being triggered. -AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
