Manager Communication: Smooth all around night. Had no issues with anyone behind the bar. I was able to get Tevon out of here first then I cut Ian after batching. Jeshua closed the lobby and Natasha & Gabrielle closed Tree's. - AB2

It's not easy handling sold out TH1 & TH2 solo with a full bar, unless you're IAN POAKE. AB

Back up on Pistachio Mai Tai! 86 Grimm Weisse (4ever), Balvenie, & Singani. We might have just enough Neon Demon to get through the weekend. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Stumptown arriving Tuesday. JH

Fast Kathy, not so fast on the NuFoamicide delivery. Jenn will touch base tomorrow. AB

Maintenance: Ice machine in Tree's was acting strange. It stopped making ice. I called Jenn and she helped me through. Also texted Jenn, Dana, and Ashley. I turned it off from the outside then after not having any luck, I unscrewed the 2 screws in the front and turned it off from the inside. When i turned it on I got a "b" error code which means that the bin is full. The bin was not full at this time. We decided that I should turn it off and before I leave I will turn on the hard reset. - AB2

Looking like progress now. Both green lights are rockin. Please check once you get in Jenn and let me know what happens. - AB2

Got two red lights now. Still not cooperating. I have had it off for a while and just turned it on close to on my way out. Just turned it back off. - AB2

The Frozen containing the FIrewalk closest to the service bar was making a strange noise. Not sure what it could be but it sounded rather oink like. - AB2 

Mobilebytes Issues: At the end, the main POS was not processing a pre-auth. The other one was able to put it through though. When trying to close out Daniella's tab, it was giving me an error. I believe it said "formatting error." I unplugged everything and tried reconnecting everything and was still having an issue. Let me know if this continues. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
