Manager Communication: Fun shift tonight. Bar was coolin'. Ian was prepping us up for the weekend. Both bars rocked out and did well. Everyone was great and handled rushes well. We had a good push of tickets in Trees for the last round TH2 Bad Boys. Matthew and Gabrielle were terrific. Expoing here is new to me so definitely something I look forward to getting better at.

TH5 server station flooded. I been waiting for a reason to jump in the water. Ashley and I went down there. I moved all of Juan's stuff from the middle of the bottom floor so none of it would get wet. Ashley and I then got the squeegee's and pushed everything down the stairs. After clearing all the water out; Russell took over and Vlad got in there as well. We were able to open up for the next round in TH5. -AB2

I took a 5oz bag of the Butterfly Pea Flower for NWB. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was great and held their own. It was nice to be able to handle other situations on the floor and then coming back to the bar and having no drama because they were on top of everything. Real pleasure working with this crew. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations: Big shoutout to Brendan in TH5 today that had to deal with everything and keep his composure to work a close to sold out TH5 after the whole flooding hullabaloo. -AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 

If you are pulling purees from the deep freeze for service, please mention it in the blog.  That stock should remain static.  When containers are pulled and I am not told it can impact service/ordering needs, as well as throw off inventory numbers. I moved some stock around and brought the deep freeze back up to par (12 passion fruit, 6 prickly pear). JH

Maintenance: The Marquee had a leak while the rain was coming down. It was leaking through a light bulb on the North side of the sign just outside the North door entrance. Jared turned the light off from the Soda bag closet. - AB2

There was also a leak in the TH5 server station. From what I understand... it came from around the grease trap area. Jared has more information and I defer to the service blog. - AB2 

Mobilebytes Issues:

Small issue this morning with clocking in - seems to be fixed now. Times I adjusted are Ian, Matthew, & Tevon. AB

Filmbot Issues: There was a moment in the lobby where someone was buying 3 tickets but on 2 different cards and one payment went through but then it was not allowing for the other payment. The total for the other tickets was $30 and the card reader was saying $17 but also not allowing payment. I was unable to click the trashcan because a payment had already been processed. The movie was minutes from starting (not the showtime but actual start time) so I decided to run the $30 as cash then closed the app, reopened the app, then filed a return for the cash, and re highlighted the tickets and sold the tickets to her. So pretty much the issue was that Filmbot did not allow us to take 2 different cards for 3 tickets. - AB2
