Manager Communication: Solid night. Everyone was great. Maya got out pretty early. Jeshua rocked out Lobby solo. Ian batched then helped through a lil rush. Closed with Gabrielle and Matthew. AB2

We were running real low on Collins glasses. I ran a fresh box of 2 dozen through dish. AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was great. Solid crew tonight. AB2

FOH Staff Observations: Appreciated Jose being a team player and staying well passed his out time to help support TH4 & 6. AB2

86ed / counts on items:
We cannot batch more The Darkest Angel until Southern makes the Lillet swap.  Both bars are stocked though, and Furiosa ticket sales have definitely slowed, so we may make it through the weekend with what we have. JH

Suspiria is on count, as I used the last of the Cocchi Rosa to make a quarter batch today. JH  

Prep List: Ian handled some batching. He did a double batch of Paloma, 1 Fire Walk, 2 Lemonades, Simple Syrup, and an N/A Spritz Keg. We did not have any pomegranite mollases so Ian was unable to make the syrup for the N/A Spritz but we have 2 full kegs... AB2 
 
Over/Short on Banks: 
Trees bank was over by a quarter this morning. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Ruby & Union arrived today.  Southern did not come in to make the Lillet switch, and Dana has reached out to them.  Stumptown arriving on Tuesday. JH

Maintenance: The holder for the sani solution at the dish pit behind trees came out of the wall. Added to maintenance doc. AB2

Mobilebytes Issues: Just wanted to speak about the pre-auth in Trees. In NWB the experience has always been that you have to insert the card while pre-authing in order for a name to be attached to the tab. Maya and Matthew both told me that even when they insert; no name is put in for the tab on either pos terminal. AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
