Manager Communication:
Gloomy day outside kept things pretty quiet today. Took the down time to get ahead on the bubblers in lobby bar as well as restocking and organizing the backup liquor. Gabrielle and Matthew coordinated cutting fruit and juicing between both of them in order to stock both bars. -DL

Gabrielle got out of here pretty fast. I'm glad we hung on to Matthew because the bar got PACKED with Live Wire folks. It was a sight for sore eyes. Once they ushered into the theater we were able to get Matthew out of here. Jeshua helped reset Kelsey before he left. AB

Could we mention in our Weekly Bar Email the roll-up situation in Trees? This has always been the opening bartenders responsibility to make sure we have them. It was noticed during our busy Trivia service by runners who informed an MOD. Whenever I have mentioned this to bar staff in the past, I'm told there isn't any available silverware in the kitchen. Bar team is scheduled 30 minutes before the first server, so that would be the most opportune time to get stocked up. AB

New Mystery Cocktail behind the bar. She's mean, she's green, she's a Mai Tai. She's a green Mai Tai. AB

During my final walkthrough I realized Kelsey forgot to turn off/break down the cider urn. Not a huge deal, I took care of it fast and gave her a heads up for next time. Just a reminder to keep an eye out on these urns late at night! AB

Customer Comments:
Around 6 a man with a dog came in and asked to sit in the lobby after being approached by someone in the park who seemed to want to steal his dog. He called the owner of the dog who told him to come here since he was pretty spooked. I had him sit in the lobby until he was able to feel comfortable again. The owner lives in the neighborhood and came to get the them both not long after that. May email about it. -DL

A gentleman came to Lobby around 6:30 with complaints regarding a flickering light fixture in TH2. He said multiple people were upset about it during this film, but he was the only one who told a manager and it was well after the end of the movie. I checked the ice bin downstairs and removed what I think was causing it to drain so slow. Asked Ashely to keep an eye on it at closing tonight. -DL

Mobilebytes Issues:

The button for Pierre Ferrand cognac is not working. Atlas was ringing them in but no ticket was printing for the bar. AB
