Wednesday 01.03 Dana/Ariel



Manager Communication: Nothing much really happened tonight. I would just anticipate a lil Trees pop before these Deniro movies this month. Wasn't anything too crazy but was a nice push. -AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was great today. It was Ashley's last bartending shift. Tears were had. I poured a lil out for her. Sad day truly. Outside of that... Ash switched with Darius and he was pretty much mid in Trees. Trees had a solid pop before Godfather pt. 2. Then we had a solid busy round because Th. 1 was pretty much sold out. Major s/o to Lydia. I really thought she was gangsta tonight. She was handling tickets and guests and was just really on top of everything. Darius was good as usual and Jeshua was coolin' by himself down in the lobby all night and we did not have any serious rushes on the first floor.  -AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
US Food, Empire, and Finback were delivered with no issues. Union delivery was missing a case of Jarritos which is reflexed on the invoice. We received 3 cases from US Food so we should be fine. -DL


Maintenance:
Spoke to Coca Cola once again today in regards to our soda gun button. They informed me that all 3 of our accounts were closed which is why they kept cancelling people to come out. The customer service rep couldn't give a reason for the accounts being closed but confirmed they were that they should've contacted us before doing so. Currently waiting for the sales rep to contact me back (within 48 hours) to get this cleared up. Our current case number is #22387779. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
