Manager Communication: 
Trivia was a bit more mellow than usual, on account of the weather.  Maybe had about 2/3 of the usual crowd.  But it was still a bop, and I was able to get openers out of here shortly after Trivia kicked off, as most second round screenings were well into service by that point. JH

Special Events? 
There were no tablecloths left for Trivia.  I reached out to Chenelle and she said that she had dropped them all off at the laundromat today to get them cleaned, and had forgotten to mention it. We were able to borrow the DJ tablecloth for the night, which I will drop off to be cleaned this week. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Two of the cleaning solutions at the Trees glasswasher were empty when I came in today.  I'll include a note in the weekly email to for bartenders to keep an eye on it, but just a reminder for bar managers to check on them, too. JH

Trees bank was short by .25¢, due to Pay Out rounding. JH

Maintenance: 
Trivia guests let us know that there was leak coming from the middle window at Trees.  It appeared to be coming from the midpoint of the window and leaking down.  We placed some dry rags on the windowsill and that stopped the problem for the night.  I will be sure to check on it tomorrow morning. JH

You know, you would think I have worked in this building long enough to know that one leak at 8:30pm would stay just that.  Beyond the leaks in theaters, all five of the windows at Trees are weeping due to the storm.  It began to look a little Dagobah-esque once the Trivia crowd cleared out, so I put out some wet floor signs and locked the front doors a bit early (11:00pm).  Myself and Tevon pulled the pews away from the walls after last call, so they won't be getting drenched overnight.  I also left the air blower from the Trees glasswasher aimed at the deeper ponds. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
