Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel
Manager Communication:
Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB
The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB
We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2
I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2

Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". In this instance, bartenders simply cut the recipe with a little club soda. I haven't seen any physically sent back, however. If this is also happening at Williamsburg, perhaps we tweak the keg specs? Let me know what y'all think. -AB
BAR Staff Observations:
BAR Staff Observations:
Kelsey was very motivated in Trees. Usually, server-to-bartenders gravitate toward the service well. She took the lead with guests at the bar and tried to make as many cocktails as possible. -AB

Shoutouts to Wilfredo, Makenna, Barry, and Atlas today. -AB

Prep List:
We made it through the weekend with the Bloody mix we had, but should definitely hop on four bloody concentrates tomorrow. Also, Maple Pear Sage Syrup. -AB
I was able to batch a Winter G&T and put it in a keg. Just needs to be charged. I have a piece of tape saying "NEEDS TO BE CHARGED" on the keg." I wanted to batch N/A Spritzer but we do not have enough Pomegranate Juice. -AB2

Jenn, your Mean Girls sugar got here! It’s on the dry shelf by the grenadine. Piña Colada umbrellas didn’t make it yet. -AB

Can we get buttons made for Side of Honey and Side of Simple? Servers were doing a great job using the Side of Milk button for brunch, and mentioned these would help as well when guests ask after the coffee/tea has been rung in. -AB
