Manager Communication: 
Wizard of Oz did great this morning, lots of families and groups.  Service was busy at both bars throughout the day, with plenty of theaters selling out or getting close to it on all three floors throughout the day. JH

The bar was surprisingly full all night for how bad the weather was. We had several large parties that were only here for the bar. Good Stuff. -ND

The Power switch to the coffee machines is on the back lower right of the machine. It is hard to get to in trees, you have to climb under that prep table to reach it. All it needed was a reset though. -ND

Note to ordering manager next year. Order 4 times as much NA Product for the first week of January. -ND

BAR Staff Observations: 
Great work today, with Miguel and Natasha getting both bars well set up before a very busy start this morning.  Matthew was a champ at toggling between bars as needed, and batching us up to get ready for the dinner rounds.  Solid work and communication all day, which made it easy to reset and restock in between any lulls. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Rebecca, Brendan, and LaShae were absolute rockstars at the pass today supporting and running drinks between the big theaters, and Erika and Kelsey really held down 4/6 all day. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Ian came in today, but was in an awful lot of back pain.  He went to Bar Prep and got us caught up on fresh juice and to give his painkillers time to kick in.  Ultimately, we decided it was best for him to go home and try to work out the back pain, as he was fairly immobilized due to the pain.  I added his remaining shift hours to the Sick Calendar, in case he has the hours to claim.  JH

86ed / counts on items: 
Drynuary is hitting bar hard, with most of our packaged n/a product being on count or 86'd.  Phony Negroni and Athletic are on count. 

Currently 86'd Peach Tea & Shiner Bock. JH

Prep List:
Was able to get lemons, limes, & oranges juiced this afternoon.  Both bars have been restocked. JH  

It got really busy all night and we were down Ian so we weren't able to be very proactive about batching. We should be good for tomorrow, but we will need to pull someone to get caught up whenever there is time in the next couple days. -ND  

We did batch a spritzer keg, it still needs to be charged though. We also made a bunch of toddy syrup and mix. -ND

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Ordered garnishes for the Mean Girls drink special and cocktail umbrellas for the Piña Colada on Amazon. JH

Placing orders for NA products, hopefully for Monday delivery. -ND

Maintenance: 
The leak is still happening from the pipe next to the filters, but we have a tube directing it down to the drain under the ice machine. JH

One of the front doors was slamming really hard. It needs to be adjusted. I locked it tonight and put a sign to use the adjacent door. It is on the maintenance doc for Juan. -ND

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
