Manager Communication:
Very chill day, with Midnight Run doing the most work. Openers were cut early in the evening. Kelsey handled Lobby swimmingly while Darius was the star of the show in Trees. The Bobby B-Sides showings have been bringing in a fun drinking crowd at the bar, I think more drinks ordered were shaken/stirred than not. AB

BAR Staff Observations: Darius really held his own in Trees. He creates a friendly inviting vibe that guests are drawn to. AB

FOH Staff Observations: Christian was a lot of help tonight! AB

Special Events? 
I was able to get ahead and print and prep a bunch of stuff for Trivia tomorrow.  We now have more QR code menus and answer packets, as well as pre-printed Specials Menus (we can just run what we did last week as we still have a fair amount in stock).  They're all in a manila TRIVIA folder in my mailbox.  If openers could print out the picture round, we should be all set for tomorrow evening. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The frame for the Hawks w/ Babies screening notice is beside the ice machine in lobby bar.  If opener can print a new sheet for the 4:00pm Mean Girls screening tomorrow, we should be able to have that on the bar by Filmbot before doors. JH

Prep List:
Got us back up on Cranberry Ginger Vanilla syrup. We will have plenty of catching up to do tomorrow once our deliveries get in. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Amazon (black lava salt), Baldor, & Stumptown arriving tomorrow.  US Foods arriving Wednesday. JH

Southern did not make the delivery today.  Dana reached out and they said that it will arrive tomorrow.  We will need to batch several kegs once it arrives. JH

Maintenance: 
I went ahead and set the thermostats at Trees and Mezz to seventy degrees.  They've been set at sixty eight, and with the sudden cold snap that space has been kind of icy, especially for the first few hours of service. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
