Manager Communication:
Not much going on today with a quiet round to start the day. Maya was able to do rollups ontop of her cleaning tasks and tickets. Gabrielle held lobby down without needing any assistance. Narragansett is up and running again. Jenn's trick of disconnecting the line and then connecting it back quickly once the lob begins to move worked.  -DL
Post-Family Meal: Darius batched what we could and both openers were cut due to low theater numbers. Matthew had a nice crowd at the bar in the evening, even still. -AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Maya used idle time to deep-clean Trees, and it shows! Could we remind openers to check their Trees cocktail cheaters as well? I am often not informed we are out until it is needed to sell. -AB

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Jeshua is out sick. Darius was able to cover his shift. -DL

86ed / counts on items:
Last Tinedo Tempranillo bottles behind Trees. -AB

Prep List:
Could not make Old Fashioned Keg. Will make when more Rittenhouse comes in. -DL
Tomorrow will be a juicing day, as well as orange juice for Fistful of Dollars. We will need more blue spiced syrup with Renaissance returning. Once deliveries come in, we will need to batch Old Fashioned and Paloma. All Guava Island is behind both bars. The last bloody concentrate was mixed, will need more made before the weekend. -AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Finback, Other Half, and Union Beers were all delivered today.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
