Manager Communication: 
Quiet night in the theaters, especially the last round. JH  

BAR Staff Observations: 
Jeshua was not feeling well, so got out of here around eight, shortly after Trivia started.  Darius held down lobby solo without issue.  Lydia, Maya, and Tevon did great with the Trivia crowd, and Lydia was able to get out of here once the floor was reset.  Maya helped Tevon preclose, and then got out of here shortly before last call, as the Trees crowd had dwindled to only two non-staff guests, and Tevon closed Trees no problem. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Dana called out sick today.  Added to Sick Calendar. JH

Special Events? 
Trivia went well tonight, a bit more crowded than last week.  Maya did mention two things that she thinks will help service run more smoothly at future Trivias.  

First, once Maya (or whichever bartender is taking the floor) gets on the floor at seven, tables should only be allowed to order table service.  When guests order food from the bar and then bring back the table numbers, it just causes a lot of confusion for food runners.  We can split checks on a table, but this will keep food and drinks run more consistently.

Second, being a bit more proactive about keeping guests from moving tables.  The table map we have is incredibly helpful, but when guests begin to combine or separate tables that impacts how helpful the map is.

Both notes seem relatively easy to implement, and I will touch base with the hosts, Shay and Kevin, to make sure that they can communicate them to the crowd. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Could someone walk me through printing more QR code menus for Trivia?  We are a bit short when it comes to dropping one at each table. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
Narragansett remains 86'd due to the draft issue previously noted.  Nick has been in contact with Draft Choice about a solution. JH

Prep List: 
An Old Fashioned keg and Fire Walk With Me should be made sometime tomorrow, but nothing urgent. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
