Manager Communication:
Busy first round! Ian had a good amount of guests in Trees soon as the doors opened, so I supported him on service bar until Ashley arrived around 3:15. Matthew was great in Lobby with directing people to their theater without making it seem rushed. Expecting another busy start to tomorrow. -DL

Customer Comments:
Had a guest come in before the gates were raised. Seems she walked through the kitchen and didn't understand we were still close. She was able to sit in the lobby since we opened up in a couple of minutes.  -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Big shoutout to Ashley for pushing through while under the weather today. She came in masked up and ready to go. Miguel will open for her tomorrow. Already updated in schedulefly. 

FOH Staff Observations:
Servers handled the first round like pros today. Felt like Christian and Isobel were teleporting as fast as they were running trays and bringing glassware to the bar. Gave them both tokens for such strong support during a busy start. -DL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Ashley was under the weather today but powered through her shift. she is taking the day tomorrow to recover though. Her shift has been covered and she is on the sick calendar. 

Prep List:
Prepped a lot of syrups to get ready for the weekend. A double batch of Rosemary Pom Syrup

Ashley "RiFF RAFF" Brewer got us all batched up for the weekend. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
I brought over some peach tea from WB to get us through the weekend, so that is off 86 for now. 

Empire arrived today. (Prosecco, Milagro and Fords delivered)
Big Geyser delivered. (Ginger Beer and Saratoga) 

Maintenance:
The cover is now on the Trees light box. There is a key labled in the keybox in the MOD

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
