Manager Communication: 
Everyone came in ready to crush it this morning. Tevon & Miguel worked some sold out pushes in Trees and Maya handled all the Wonka Walk-ins and helped guests with TH4 drama. TH4 was down for its first two rounds, but Alec got it back in action. Once Ian got in we knocked out batching for this crazy holiday weekend, including Bloody Mary concentrates. 
All of the knives that got swiped out this week for bar came back extremely dull. Could we purchase better knives and sharpen ourselves weekly? -AB

Team was amazing today. Ian Gabrielle and Darius worked great together to support where needed while Matthew took care of lobby bar through the evening. That odor coming from the women's restroom is not going away. We were told it was from painting but can we see if there's something else we can do to get rid of it? -DL 

Prep List:
Ian knocked out a lot of batching. Should only have to batch another Rosemary Pom Yuzu Soda syrup to get ahead for the week but nothing needed immediately. -DL

Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot bank is going to be short $3.50 from refunding a disgruntled guests E-Credit that was issued from the TH4 cancelled debacle.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
