Monday 12.4 Ariel



Manager Communication:
-Pretty chill not too cold day out. Didn't have too many guests in theaters. Th. 1 in the dinner round was our big pop. Had a solid crowd before the movie and had a good lil ticket rush. After the movie we had a nice pop in Trees. I had cut Lydia before Th. 1 let out and also cut Jenna. Maya was great downstairs and Darius and I just kept it gangsta in Trees. At least half of Th. 1 came in and had a few rounds. Everyone had a good time and ordered a couple rounds. 
- The Gansett keg is still a real pain in the ass. I tried everything I could to get the bobbin lifted but nothing worked. Had help from Darius, Jenna, and Lydia. I called Nick (shoutout Nicky D) and that method did not work out for me. I Facetimed Ashley TWICE (Shoutout the original AB and her dog! (I feel terrible that I don't know your dogs name Ashley. Please don't hurt me)). That method also did not work for me. I was constantly revisiting the keg ALL NIGHT but to no avail.
- At the end of the night we were unable to find lube for the frozen machines. We looked behind both bars. searched far and wide. Bar prep area. Kitchen. I have no idea where the lube can be honestly. Have not seen it yet since I started here at NPP. Just keep that in mind.  -AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great tonight. No issues what so ever. Lydia and Darius handled the Th. 1 sold out "rush" like MJ playing one-on-one against a 3rd grader. Jenna was smoothly handling the lobby and Maya seamlessly took over and had absolutely 0 issues all night. -AB2

86ed / counts on items:
I currently have Gansett as 86'd in the POS. The St. Agrestis Spritz I put on a count of 4 to be safe. Just be aware of that for tomorrow. -AB2

Prep List:
I had Jenna juice oranges. I batched a Negroni Keg and a single batch of a Fistful of Dollars. -AB2

Lost & Found?:
- I had an Erin Brent leave a "Black cross-body Lululemon" bag. Her wallet and everything are inside. Phone # (917)566-9023
- Also had a guy named Abyn Reabe who couldn't find his hat. It's a Black Knit beanie that says "ARRI" (a camera lens company) on it. The guy was real chill about it and said he'll call or come in tomorrow FYI.

A Baldor delivery came in today.
We got everything besides the PASSION FRUIT PUREE
I called Baldor up (first official call I've made with deliveries (NO BIG DEAL). I spoke with Raheem and he told me it will come in tomorrow (Tuesday 12-05). Fingers crossed homies. -AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
