Manager Communication:
Nothing outside of what Jenn said about Projection or whoever checking in with us (Bar Management) instead of just telling bartenders stuff. Was not the end of the world but could have easily been avoided if they would have told me instead. -AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Not a crazy night. was a solid shift. Jenna, Lydia, Tevon, and Darius all held it down. -AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Just a reminder for other departments when trying to coordinate with bar during service, please speak with a bar manager and do not rely on a bartender to relay the message.  We had a lot of back and forth chatter on the walkie about the Spotify account needing to be used for the special event in Th6, which left Trees without music for a couple of minutes before it was sorted out.  It sounds like Will passed on the message to Darius, but the message was not passed on to myself or Ariel. JH

86ed / counts on items:
We are out of backup of Sage. Darius split the rest between both bars but we are low. -AB2

Prep List:
Had Tevon do some batching

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor delivered a Boiron Apricot Puree instead of the Boiron Cranberry Cherry Puree I had ordered.  The driver tomorrow will pick up the puree, and issue a credit.  I have reordered the Cranberry Cherry Puree, which should be arriving tomorrow morning. JH

Ordered more labelmaker tape from Amazon, which should be arriving tomorrow.  We are currently out of it, so have yet to label the draught kegs.  Once it arrives tomorrow, we can get them set for the season. JH

Maintenance:
The lowboy in the lobby closer to Th. 7 was flooded pretty good. Not sure what the issue is but has a good amount of water in there. Whoever opens tomorrow, would you be able to just swing by there and see how it's doing? -AB2

Mobilebytes Issues:
Interboro Helles Lager was at $8.00 in the HH menu tab. I told Jenn and Gil and it has been fixed but I have not verified just yet because the HH menu disappears after 7 so if someone can check that tomorrow early in the shift. -AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
