Manager Communication: 
A repeat of the last couple days, with a very busy opening round on all three floors.  This was followed by a similarly busy dinner round with all theaters, save for Th1, basically selling out.  Service was relatively smooth throughout, with everyone being diligent about assignments and support. JH

After the initial busy start of the day it began to mellow out gradually to the later rounds. Had some sold out shows in the smaller theaters but nothing overwhelming. Should expect the same tomorrow. -DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
After pushing through the busy dinner rush Miguel and Maya were able to get off around 7 with Darius leaving not long after once Natasha finished batching. Gabrielle handled lobby without a hitch even without a good amount of walkins. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
A good amount of servers have been having trouble with putting some of the drinks in since we removed certain button (Mule, Dark n Stormy, etc.). We've been able to coach them in the moments but with the busy rounds it can slow down service. Flags where a guest puts in a dark n stormy should be rung in with a dark rum, not a white rum. -DL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Nick was feeling under the weather today, so took a sick day.  I removed his shift from Schedulefly for the day and added him to the Sick Calendar. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Paul gave me a folder with all of the updated Wage Acknowledgments for bartenders.  I'll take the lead on getting these signed. JH

Prep List:
Was able to get ahead on batching for the weekend. Should juice lime, lemons and oranges tomorrow. Also batch fistful of dollars. 

Pay Outs: 
$13.47 (hot dog buns)
$14.20 (hot dog buns) JH

Lost & Found?:
Large blue and white umbrella found in trees. Placed in lost n found. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Gold Coast was able to fulfill half the amount of Peach Tea we had ordered from them, so we are set on stock going into the weekend. JH

Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
