Manager Communication: 
Happy Holidays! Had a great start in Trees with a good amount of people walking in for drinks soon as we opened the door. Matthew was able to help the guests and service tickets without needing much of a hand from me. Gabrielle was quick with the service tickets and still juiced for both bars. -DL

Got Gabrielle out of here after lobby bar was stocked & bubblers were cleaned. Matthew did a little batching and got Trees reset before he left. Lydia & Maya held it down in Trees for the rest of the night. Napoleon seems to have a drinking crowd for sure, nothing our perfect angels couldn't handle.  AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Great energy and communication between bar staff. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
James was as always, a treasure trove of helpfulness and positivity. AB

86ed / counts on items:
The last Siembra Valles Blanco is behind Trees, none in Lobby. All Jameson bottles are currently in the bar rails. AB

Prep List:
We can start the last Live Deliciously keg tomorrow. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
New Ice Buckets came today. Threw away the broken one from Lobby Bar and replaced the backup in the liquor room. - DL 

Maintenance:
The dimmer for the filmstrip light behind Trees is acting up. The lights are only all the way on or cut completely off. Any quick fix for this or is it something that should be looked at? AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
