Manager Communication:

NuCo gate continues. no backups were delivered today. I called and was able to speak to a manager who gave me her direct extension number and she is aware of what is going on. She says she will call me tomorrow morning with an ETA.
If we don't hear anything her name is Seeta ext#30658. Our customer number is 656749. So at least we can reach out to her directly. 
We are still OK on the one tank we have hooked up at the moment.

Someone returned a Bluets and Oils towards the end of the night and complain about the texture of it to Kaya. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Fennel and sichuan peppercorns should be coming from amazon tomorrow. We will need to make 5 spice syrup and a G&T keg as soon as it comes in. We are very low. 

Received USFoods and the Priscilla wine special. 
Light order week for booze, but there is a good amount of beer coming in the next two days. 

Maintenance: 
Ice machines are off to prepare for cleaning from Dio- DL

Mobilebytes Issues: The card reader has had issues today. We had to reset the ttran cloud and the reader a couple times. Not sure if it is related to the outage last night.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
