Manager Communication:
The handle for the ice bucket in Trees broke today. Replaced it with the spare from the liquor room. -DL

The Frozen Machine for the Lime slushie was giving issues all night in Trees. We were getting product from the lobby instead. The slush was too cold and solid that nothing was able to go through. Close to the end of the night I got in there and tried breaking it down as much as possible with a bar spoon. The machine was off for hours at this point and it still was very solid and had many clumps. I have no experience with these frozens and not completely sure how to fix certain issue's. I have several theories to a solution that both Darius and Tevon helped me come to. Either the product is not getting stirred enough before going into the machine (might have to use the immersion blender to be certain the product does not clump up) or that the setting was put too high or both. Meaning that it was on setting 5 as opposed to setting 3 or so. I decided to have Tevon dump the product because of the possibility that it could just be a bad batch and then tomorrow we can start a new and go from there. There was not much product in there. -AB2  

FOH Staff Observations:
Markenson is great to work with. Touched base with him in the beginning of the shift about his deep cleaning for the day. He made sure to check in with me during and after he completed. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor delivered us 2 cases of expired OJ today. Called it in and should receive replacements tomorrow morning. Reference #RNY0230022.  Skurnik order was received and put away. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
