Manager Communication: 
Dwight is aware of who Richard Rigaud is and will inform him he's not allowed back into the premises the next time he comes into the lobby.
Menus were changed to reflex the new movie specials. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Ashley, Ian, Matthew and Tevon were great in Trees for a busy event and dinner round of movies Jeshua was more than capable of handling the lobby on his own during the event upstairs. -DL

Special Events?
Singani event was smooth every step of the way. The cocktails were a hit amongst the crowd and a large amount of the VIPs stayed after the schedule event to order more. -DL

Prep List:
Will need to make a backup of the Autumn G&T and Negroni -DL

I ordered new cutting boards for the bars, as the ones we currently have are beginning to show their age.  Once the new boards arrive, toss the old ones, give one each to each bar, and put the rest in the bar tools bus bin under the straws in the liquor room. JH

Maintenance: 
NuCOgate continues.  Got here at 8:00am for the technicians to install the new nitrogen generator. as confirmed on Tuesday.  When no one had shown up by 8:30am, I called NuCO and was told that the generator they had received earlier this week was the incorrect one so they had canceled the appointment and no one thought to reach out and let us know.  Will update when we have a new install date. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
