Thursday 11.02 Jenn/Dana/Ariel



Manager Communication:
A roach found it's way into a guest's drink around 9:40 tonight in the lobby. The guest put the drink down for a moment and it appeared once he went back to it. We took care of guest who comes frequently and said he never seen one here before so he wasn't upset about it at. -DL

Customer Comments: 
Had a woman come in around 5:00, and she got into a terse conversation with Matthew.  He walkied for a manager, and when I arrived she said she wanted to buy a ticket for Five Nights.  Once she purchased the ticket with cash, she sat down on the lobby benches and kind of nodded out.  I walkied for Paul to come to the lobby for back up.  As I was walking over to check in with her, another couple stopped me to ask for theater directions and the woman grew very agitated and demanded a refund.  

As I was processing the refund, Paul approached the bar and the woman struck him in the upper arm.  We both demanded she leave, and she left within a few moments without her refund.  I told Matthew to let us know if she returned, and Wyatt said she sounded very similar to a disoriented guest who made their way up to MOD office a few weeks ago.  I thanked Matthew for giving us the heads up, as it definitely helped us resolve the issue much more rapidly than we would have been able to otherwise. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Natasha took great lead during event. On top of cleaning the main area she also checked on Mezz throughout. Jeshua was great during a busy lobby service. -DL

Hiring/Training:
Ariel trained for all closing procedures tonight. Ready for the opening shift tomorrow. -DL

Special Events?
Wedding celebration in Trees went smooth. Host loved everything and recommended coming back to her friends. -DL

Over/Short on Banks:
Trees $1 short

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

We are still waiting on deliveries from: Finback & Other Half. JH

Ordered coffee/tea stirrers from Amazon. JH

Maintenance: 
NuCO delivered two nitrogen tanks today around one o'clock, and took back the empty tank.  The driver said that we should expect to hear from them anytime between Monday-Wednesday next week to install the new nitrogen generator.  I will give them a call Monday, as I'm sure they will have begun to miss me by then. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
