Manager Communication:
I made the decision to rock the Bluets cocktail with no garnish for our Mystery cocktail. -AB2

The water nozzle for the dish pit behind Trees is still broken/leaking. I know it has been reported already but just wanted to add that the water valve for it was turned off in the morning when I came in so just a reminder to turn it off when you close and to turn it on when you get in. -AB2

I had a couple ideas for the bar area in Trees. Just wanted confirmation about them. 
I think it would be beneficial to have a c-fold dispenser right next to dish behind Trees because the closest place to grab c-folds is on the complete opposite side of the bar. I looked some up on Amazon and can order it myself but just wanted approval.
I also was talking with Maya and Jenna about a little "L" shaped shelf in the corner of Trees just above the opened red wine area. It could be a lil spot for speed pourers, funnels, corks, stoppers, bottle cleaners and other miscellaneous items. -AB2
 
Jenna was cut at 8:30 after the last large theater started. Jeshua was great behind the bar with guests and service tickets alike. Darius has no issues in the lobby. He did mention at the end of the night that a lot of tickets were coming out at once from theater 5 so he did need help for a moment with balancing filmbot and service. Spoke to Felipe about staggering tickets more in the future.  -DL

The ice bin in lobby is cracked and broken beyond repairs. The spare is also pretty busted up so I order 2 new ones to be delivered this week from Webstaurant. Order #92027813 -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
I thought Miguel and Kelsey were both great in the lobby speaking with guests and making tickets. Miguel had a guy that was a little annoying askin' all types of bullshit questions and I just thought Miguel handled it perfectly. He was nice and talking but had the perfect balance between giving enough information to satisfy someone who just really wants to talk but also not enough to keep them talking. Kelsey is very pleasant and helpful with guests. Maya and Jenna were great through a relatively chill Sunday brunch. -AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Markenson is great but can be a bit too eager to get the closing tasks done like picking up the floor mats too early. Spoke to him about waiting until at least 10:15 to do so since he leaves at 11. -DL

Prep List:
Between Dana and I we handled a thorough batch of everything and should be good for tomorrow. -AB2

Will need to juice some limes and oranges when they come in. -DL

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
