Manager Communication: 

Decent evening for a Sunday.  Third round was pretty busy across the building, while the last round had a couple of screenings with no tickets sold. JH

Customer Comments:

Had a guest come to lobby around 7:45pm to complain about the noise from Th7 (6:30pm Taylor Swift) bleeding into Th3 (6:00pm KotFM).  I reached out to projection to see if the volume could be brought down any more in Th7, as Will had already adjusted it earlier.  

I know this was noted in last night's floor blog, too.  Taylor Swift is a bit of an outlier, due to its sustained volume and bass, which can be heard/felt at lobby bar when playing in Th7. I don't know how many more weekends we will have Taylor Swift, but maybe we could corral her into Th5 for the remainder?  It doesn't share walls with any theaters, so should cut those complaints. JH

Had two pairs of couples try to come in together for the 9:30pm Anatomy of a Fall in Th6, but we had no tickets sold.  It turns out that they had purchased tickets for the Saturday screening.  When they came down to lobby, I was by the Th3/5 service pass, and Darius helped them figure out the situation, and explained that we would not be able to give them a refund.  Before he was able to explain that he could call a manager to see if they could do anything, the guest who had taken the lead on talking with Darius got pretty agitated and began complaining that nobody was even in the theater.  He offered to call a manager, but they angrily returned to Th6 to grab their stuff and just left.

Honestly, based on the fact that both couples had each made the same purchasing error separately, I'm inclined to believe that they had simply missed last nights show and tried to just come in tonight instead.  Just wanted to note this, as I'm expecting them to write an email. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Nothing crazy. had a pretty slow brunch. Matthew, Tevon, Miguel, Maya, and the crew were great and was able to cut them once the closers came in (Darius and Jeshua). -AB2

Both bars glided through service tonight, with a decently busy dinner round throughout the building.  Great communication about restocks, and mids were able to get out as the last round was beginning.  Both Darius and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 

Somebody 86'd the Priscilla wine special, but we still had plenty of stock.  Sabrina alerted mods to it around 6:00pm, and we un-86'd it right away.  Unsure of how it got 86'd, but it looks like it may have been 86'd until that point in the day as none were sold. JH

Prep List: 

Batched Coco Lime Slush, Bluets, Cosmo Rod, and got everything together to batch the Fistful. We are just missing the Amaro. -AB2

Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot was over a WHOLE .05 cents and Trees is over a WHOMPING .25 cents this morning. -AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: 

Vlad let me know that one of the stalls in the Trees Women's Room needs to have its batteries replaced.  He posted an 'Out of Order' sign and I added it to the Maintenance Doc. JH
