Manager Communication: Steady night of service, with Trees also hosting a birthday party.  Despite sales, service was relatively mellow at both bars. JH

BAR Staff Observations: It was a quiet start so I cut Maya at 1:30 when Jeshua came in. -ND

Darius, Gabrielle, and Jeshua were great up at Trees, with Gabrielle taking the lead on service and Darius and Jeshua focusing more on the bar guests and the birthday party.  Matthew and Lydia handled lobby without issue, even with theaters having back-to-back sold out screenings.  Mids got out of here once each bar had settled into the late round, and closers closed without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Kelsey was sitting on a glass rack in the lobby bar pass on her phone while drinks were ready in the pass to run to the theater. I let her know that it was not OK. She was on her phone sitting on a glass rack in the theater station for most of the rest of the shift. -ND

A customer came out of theater 7 with a flag trying to order while I was behind the lobby bar. He said no one had been in to take orders for a long time. I took the flag to Vic in the server station. -ND

It seems like staff is not getting the message that they need to spend more time in the theaters.-ND

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Bought some limes this evening to keep us in stock, as Baldor did not deliver them on Friday.  We have enough to start service tomorrow, but may need to purchase more oranges and limes at some point tomorrow.  Both limes and oranges are scheduled to be delivered Monday. JH

Prep List: Natasha did a thorough batch this afternoon. -ND

Pay Outs: $30.00 (limes) JH

Maintenance: The soap dispensor is broken in the womens downstairs bathroom. We have replacements but Vlad says we are unable to refil them once they are attached, so we asked russel to order more of the other kind. I have place responsibility on Vlad for making sure these come in and are mounted on the wall. -ND

Filmbot Issues: Filmbot was down for about 30 minutes this afternoon, both at the terminal and their website. Gil reached out to them and we were able to get it up and running again, but there were about 5 customers that were trying to buy in person tickets at that time. 4 of them paid in Mobilebytes, one i allowed to just sit in the theater, because he was waiting for a while and the movie was starting. -ND
