Saturday 11.11 Ashley/Dana



Manager Communication: 
Openers crushed it, obviously. Natasha batched a ton (including Bloody Mary concentrates!) and Maya got us prepped with fresh juice. Once Lydia and Ian were in we were able to reset the bar for some busy Marvel pushes. HH and Gluten Free menus at Trees are updated (86 chicken nuggets forever) but we still need updated main menu inserts at some point. We broke out a case of pints. AB
 
Opened a case of pints and 2 cases of rocks glasses for a busy dinner rush. The liquor for FilmFeast was placed in the walkin like requested by Edgar. Dwight informed Richard Rigaud that he is not allowed back into the premises. He didn't cause any issue after receiving the information. Meant to give Dwight a token but he left before I got the chance. -DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
Darius and Gabrielle handled the dinner rush without a issue. Busy dinner round but drinks went out quick. Ian was able to handle the guest at the bar while they did so. -DL

86ed / counts on items: 
Ran out of celery salt and Worcestershire, only had enough for 3 Bloody Mary concentrates. I used the last of the Amaro Ciociaro and Amaro Ramazzotti for Fistful of Dollars, do we have another substitution option in the works? Will also need Orgeat Syrup and fresh orange juice for the next batch. AB

Prep List:
Bluets, Cosmo Rod, and Fistful were all extremely popular tonight. May need to batch early in the day. -DL 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Old Fashioned glasses, pint glasses, and shot glasses were delivered today. We didn't receive lemons from Baldor yesterday, but kitchen lended us half a case to get us through. Might need to snag some for tomorrow. AB

Should be good on lemons for the opening tomorrow. May need to pick some up before the dinner rush.-DL

Maintenance: 
One of our coffee urn lids is officially broken (doesn't pump anything out) and I didn't find a backup in the liquor room. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
