Manager Communication:
Cut Jenna and Lydia pretty early. Had Tevon in Lobby and Darius in Trees so everything went very smooth. Had a lil pop with Darius in Trees. Was a lot of fun. Guests were enjoying themselves and had a cool crowd from "Bad Lieutenant." Overall solid fun night. -AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Darius was great tonight. Really handled the rush well. Came out from behind the bar many times and was cleaning/clearing tables. Guests really enjoyed hanging out at the bar with him. Tevon was in lobby and did not need me for anything. Nice to know when you do not have to worry about anything and know that he is self sufficient. -AB2

Maintenance: 
Spoke to NuCO this morning.  We still don't have a confirmed delivery date for the new nitrogen generator, but their current prediction is a 12.06 install.  

We are also awaiting a tank delivery, that was requested last Monday, but no further progress was made.  I told the person I spoke with that our final tank will run out in the next day or so, and they said they will escalate the ticket.  

I called back before I left for the day and was told that the tank ticket has been escalated to a high priority call, and I will receive a call from dispatch once they have a driver and date assigned.

Around six, Jenna let Ariel know that the soda gun in Lobby by the Th3/5 service pass was missing its Sprite button.  Myself and Ariel looked through the bus bins in the liquor room, but could not find the spare buttons.  In the meantime, Sprite can still be poured at the Th7 service pass well, so long as we keep that plate iced.  If the buttons don't turn up tomorrow, I will reach out to Coke and request new ones to be sent . JH

I found the button for the Sprite but the gun itself is broken and has a full on hole and I can not attach the button. Not sure where to find this item or where to order from but I know there was not any in the bus bins I checked in the liquor room. -AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
