Manager Communication:
Priscilla and Holdovers had a great drinking crowd. A large mix of drinks for both that continued throughout the movie. Opened a box of pint glasses. Having a lot of soda and beer drinkers from these long movies.-DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Bluet and Oils containers need to get a spray before being refilled due to the extra residue that stays at the bottom even after shaking. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Spoke to Vlad and the closing porters about giving the bar mats a thorough cleaning at the end of the night. Bartenders noticed it was extra sticky from opening. -DL

Prep List:
Will need to make Guava Island. Should have enough to start the shift.  -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor delivered a 6-pack of Blood Orange Juice instead of the Orange Juice I had ordered.  I reached out and they will pick up the Blood Orange Juice tomorrow and bring the Orange Juice instead.  I will label the Blood Orange Juice box for pick up and leave it in the kitchen overnight. JH

Maintenance: 
The spray nozzle at the Trees glasswasher has been leaking on and off the last several days.  We have tightened it a couple times with a wrench, but the problem keeps recurring and getting worse.  It may be time to order a new one.  I have added it to the Maintenance Doc so that Juan can take a look at it before we make the call to order a new one. Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
