Manager Communication
Fairly mellow evening, with The First Slam Dunk being the biggest pop of the night servicewise JH

BAR Staff Observations
Miguel came in early to help cover for Lydia (see Sick Leave/Call Outs), and held down lobby solo all evening without issue.  Jeshua stayed up at Trees until Tevon was done restocking and batching, and was able to get out of here a little after eight.  Tevon handled Trees the rest of the evening, with the crowd dwindling in-time with theater last calls. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Lydia was not feeling able to to work today due to the situation over the weekend in Williamsburg. They said they had a panic attack, so I added them to the sick calendar. We were not able to arrange coverage last minute, so I opened the lobby and bartended until Miguel was able to get in for his close. He was able to come in early to help out. -ND

Special Events?
The First Slam Dunk sold out Th3, but service was never too hectic.  Plenty of guests inquiring about tickets, so maybe we could screen it again, if possible? JH

86ed / counts on items:
86 the ooze forever -ND

Prep List
I made a final batch of Manhattan Project to get through Thursday. We should not make anymore. -ND

Days of Being Wild, Pink Goes With Everything, & Simple Syrup should be made tomorrow.  Some of the cocktail kegs feel a little light, so we may need to make some back ups before the weekend. JH

Pay Outs
$3.49 (Coconut Water (for Bottoms film special)) JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance
There is water dripping from above the filmbot terminal, but I'm unsure where it is coming from.  It may be due to condensation, but I added it to Maintenance so that it could be properly investigated. JH

One of the baskets holding a cleaning agent for the glasswasher at Trees came out of the wall today.  Added to Maintenance. JH

The Neon Demon at Trees overfroze several times today, causing the rotator to seize up.  I wasn't made aware until well into the last round, so we set it to refrigerate, and it seemed to be working okay when we were wrapping up.  Something to keep an eye on tomorrow. JH
