Manager Communication: Another beefy day with well sold Barbies and other movies throughout the building. Temperatures were much better than yesterday. 

Traffic at Trees was pretty high throughout the day with a crowd always present and spikes right before and after films got out. EA
 
BAR Staff Observations: Strong work from all staff again. Maya really muscled out those service tickets tonight and kept us going. She's really come a long way since her new hire review and has improved in all aspects. 

Eliel got us prepped for the day and then switched gears into batching after family meal. Darius ran the lobby solo while Tevon and Maya crushed service at Trees. EA

FOH Staff Observations: I stepped in between runners Mike and Dequan today unexpectedly when they were in what looked like a heated argument in the kitchen today. I separated them and had Dequan go towards the TH7 corridor. I ran into Nathaniel at Trees service and apprised him of the situation as I was swamped at the bar during dinner service. He was able to get more information on the situation when spoke to both Mike and Dequan separately. 

Atlas, Sabrina, and Justin all kept the second floor moving tonight. They were on top of getting trays off the service pass in a timely manner while communicating anything the theater needed from the bar in the event that they were missing anything. Great job on leading the fray. EA

Prep List: Eliel pretty much set us up for tomorrow. Just kicked a keg of Negroni at the end of night. Will need one of those and another coco lime at some point. EA


Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. 

I ordered some more glitter and sugar for the Barbie cocktail, since the sugar is taking longer to ship now and the special looks like it will run through the rest of August, at minimum. I also ordered more fly traps on Amazon, so let's make sure we are placing them in problem areas and replenishing older traps regularly. JH

Filmbot Issues: Tevon and Natasha still needs to get situated with filmbot access to be able to track sales. Gil, can you set them up next chance you get? EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
