Manager Communication: Very busy day. Not just movie busy but Friday bar crowd busy. It was a bit intense but we made it through it like ultimate warriors. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Great openers Tevon and Matthew stayed late making sure everyone was covered. Ian Ashley and Gabrielle closed and did great helping each other and getting through the night. Wonderful team. EL

FOH Staff Observations: Great hustle today all around the building. EL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Please reiterate to staff that glasses go in grey racks and water cups go in brown racks.  We had a couple instances today where several racks were incorrectly filled, causing confusion and a delay in theaters being set with enough water cups for service. JH

Prep List: Make Coconut lime slushy first thing, but both bars are stocked. We need orgeat. EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Still waiting on SKI, but we have enough Ebbs to get through the weekend.  More Barbie glitter will be arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: It appears that two of the outlets at lobby bar are out, impacting the walkie charger and the bubbler downstairs.  Eliel moved the plugs down a bit further down, and they have worked without issue.  Eliel is going to check out the fusebox a little bit later into service to see if we can get those two outlets back in service. JH. 
UPDATE:  I got the breaker back on. The breakers for the lobby bar back bar are in the soda closet directly behind the backup sodas slightly to the left. It looks like the lock gets stuck a bit, but it opens easy. EL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
