BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle held down a busy weekday lobby solo for the majority of the evening without issue.  Darius, Miguel, and Tevon crushed a very busy Trivia, and both openers were able to get out of here shortly after eleven.  Miguel took the floor and was great about prebussing and keeping up with guests, while Darius and Tevon handled the crowd and theater service. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Still having an issue with newer runners being very confused when running food at Trees.  A couple were unaware of the floor plan we use for Trivia, even though we have floor maps in kitchen and at Trees.  However, after the first few trays, everyone was on the same page. JH

Special Events? Trivia was busy.  Not the most crowded, but we had a ton of teams (24!) and plenty of newcomers, some of which utilized the seating up on the mezz.  Due to the amount of teams and how long it takes them to tally up points in between rounds, Trivia has been going later and later recently.  

We could potentially add a short midshift to Trivia nights so that we don't have to keep openers past eleven. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Eliel, I was able to set you up with glassware for Midsommar tomorrow.  Coupes and shot glasses are in the liquor room, and pints and collins are down at lobby. JH

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Ebbs Summer Ale.  Del's Hard Tea is on a count. JH

Prep List: Coconut Lime Slushie can be made once Coco Lopez arrives tomorrow.  Cantina Machine, Chili Salt, Demerara and Honey Syrup, and a keg of Watermelon Gin & Tonic should be made at some point tomorrow.  Check sales on Cantina for the last week, as we will be losing it once Barbenheimer specials land. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
