Manager Communication:
Very Busy Start to the day. The Jaws crowd especially was drinking, and that rush was pretty intense. Gabrielle and I got through it, and service went well, but I think we should schedule the mid on holidays a little earlier, as most of the busy shows were early -ND 

I had Sergo deep clean under the dishpit today. It looked really rough and is not getting cleaned properly regularly, nor are under the bars. According to the doc it should have been Sergo today, but he said he and Mayra always clean the same areas regardless of whoever is scheduled first. Either way opening bar managers need to check those areas out before the opening porters leave and make sure things are cleaned thoroughly. I also bleached all the floor drains around there -ND

Service stayed busy through the third round, but definitely mellowed out during the last round, with some brief busy pops of service in Th2 & Th5. -JH

People were in good spirits for the holiday -ND   

BAR Staff Observations:
Eliel and Gabrielle stuck around until third round was well on its way and both bars were restocked.  Lydia was a great help on both floors, floating between bars as needed and got out of here shortly before ten.  Overall, scheduling a fifth bartender as a mid was very helpful with regards to staffing for the weekday, four-round holiday.  Early routing and last call at both bars, as sales really tapered down and our latest screening started at 9:45, with both Darius and Miguel closing without issue. -JH

86'd forever: Belle de Jour, City of God, Coffee & Cigarettes, Dutchess Helles Lager, Industrial Pilsner, Interboro Pale Ale, Jungle Bird, Kombucha, & Ruby Hibiscus. -JH

Prep List: 
Simple Syrup and a Negroni and Old Fashioned keg should be made tomorrow. -JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
Filmbot was over y $20.  There was a lot of walk-in ticketing today, with plenty of large bill cash payments.  I asked Miguel if he could think of any particular transaction that may have accounted for it, but he couldn't think of any. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
We have a bunch of orders coming in the next two days to get us back up to normal product levels. -ND

Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow, lots of new product for menu change. -JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
