Manager Communication:Pretty good dinner service, a little rough last round but not terrible. Nice Trees crowds. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did a great job and everyone was fried by that last round.  It was a tough one but I think they'll all shine during the weekend. EL

FOH Staff Observations:  Pretty good at Pass getting drinks today. 

Hiring/Training: Jeshua day 4 went great.  He got a lot of Filmbot training but still needs the regular repetition. He's got everything else down. Ready to go live!

Special Events? th6 Mulan Birthday hung out at Trees before their theater opened. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Pilsner glasses are running pretty tight due to the N/A Barbie special.  When possible, keep eyes on prebussing those glasses specifically during Barbie screenings, and prioritize running those back to Trees and kitchen during flips.  Nick will be bringing over two cases of pilsner glasses from WB tomorrow, and we have two more en route from Webstaurant.  

Additionally, for the time being, Peach Teas will be served with a pint glass of ice, reserving pilsner glasses for N/A Barbie specials, Piña Coladas, and Interboro DIPA. JH

Prep List: I started a hatch rye right before I left that needs strained in the morning. We'll need a backup watermelon G&T. Otherwise just regular batching. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Filmbot Issues:  At some point Filmbot said NAN under the movie times and we were unable to sell tickets. At first it was a few barbies and oppenheimers for Monday, but then they noticed it for a movie tonight. I emailed folks and eventually they restarted the program and it was all good. But worth investigating? EL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
