Manager Communication: Rainy, muggy day today. However, business was booming all until the last round where the building finally slowed down. Good amount of people at Trees today before and after shows. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha did an outstanding job as always at navigating a busy sold out theater by herself in trees and then pivoted to stocking and supporting the bar team through some sold out Mission Impossible Rushes. Miguel also was able to slip between the lobby and Trees seamlessly to help fill service gaps as needed. 

Mids and closers held the dinner rounds down. Tevon had Jeshua as a trainee tonight and was good at shadowing him around, but giving him room to go off on his own. He was always a few steps away to answer any question. EA

Hiring/Training: Jeshua was on Day 3 with Tevon. Jeshua takes notes very well. We focused on his day 3 checklist, but also delved deeper into MobileBytes to build his speed when ringing things in. He is a pleasure to work with regardless of whether he's front facing (Engages every guest he comes across) or at service where he's starting to take initiative. 

Great foundational background and that translates to his ease of cocktail making with our Lounge exclusives. EA

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenna Brewer called out for tomorrow Monday, July 16th. She was feeling unwell and I was able to get Natasha to cover albeit with a 630pm in time instead of 530. 6.5 hrs added to the sick calendar for Jenna. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Just a note for the weekly server email: Please give the service bar space when in a big rush. Sometimes there's too much chatter around the bar MOD that is expoing and it makes it difficult to get an order out to a bartender as there is already noise pollution there from the dish pit and the ice machine. 

Also take a few steps back from the service bar. Please do not crowd or lean into the service bar while drinks are being trayed up. This makes it difficult to quickly navigate around the bar when needed. 

For the kitchen: If they're submitting multiple receipts. It would be a big help if they can combine them all by code and do the math before bringing them to trees. Sometimes we'll be in the middle of a drink rush or it'll be right before a theater opens and it's just inconvenient to have to add 10+ receipts and figure out what they were for. Please and thank you. EA

86ed / counts on items: Low on Hotel L'Atlantique. No count yet, but we will be 86ing it this week for Barbenheimer. I suspect will run out at some point on Tuesday. EA 

Prep List: We could use another Watermelon G&T (Hot ticket item), honey syrup, and maybe a Coco Lime. EA 

Pay Outs: 7375 - 17.38 Decorations for Film Feast

5200 - $86.25 Film Feast food + Misc food for kitchen. 

There was a payout for 74.26 under code for 5200 for the kitchen. This was the incorrect amount as opposed to what's listed above (86.25) so I did a PAY IN to zero out the pay out. EA
