Monday 7.24 Edgar/Eliel



Manager Communication: Busy start to the day opening to two sold out Barbies (Th1/Th3) and a well sold Mission Impossible (TH3). Trees started quiet, but grew in presence as the day progressed into more sold out rounds. By the afternoon and late round, Trees had a constant amount of people. EA

Very busy evening. Trees had a great crowd. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Solid open by Tevon and Darius. Darius was great about taking up most of the prep today since Tevon went straight into a sold out Barbie. I was there to help with the rush and it turned out fine since there wasn't much traffic at Trees for the first round.  Closers got in and everyone was able to carve out a second to get family meal. 

Jenna was gracious enough to come in for a support shift from 7pm to 12am. EA

Rest of the shift was smooth, everyone was spent at the end but they all worked great together! EL

FOH Staff Observations: Sabrina, Raekwon, Erica, Monica, Kaya were great guiding the newer servers. EL 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Numbers look like they are swelling again for tomorrow. We should definitely look at them first thing in the morning for potentially calling someone in. Maybe Natasha can fill a support shift if need be? EA

86ed / counts on items: 86 Paloma. There's a count on Tecate/Micheladas. EA

Prep List: Hatch Rye needs strained right away. We'll need fistful of dollars and days of being wild and a new watermelon G&T as the one on will kick very soon. EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Placed an order for Fruit fly gel on Amazon, should be in tomorrow. One gallon is for the server stations to help combat flies as well. EA. 
We need more Hatch Chile EL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
