Manager Communication: Another busy Monday here. Barbie continues to reign supreme and bless us with a lot of traffic in the building. Both bars were cranking, but TH1/2/4/6 brought the bulk of service tickets in. 

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel got on top of juicing, roll ups, and citrus slicing during the first round, in preparation for Trivia tomorrow and dinner service.  Miguel really set up Trees for success, we got through the Th1/2 sold out Barbie seatings in the first round without having to run back to prep for any items. JH

In addition to above, Eliel was able to get through a good chunk of batching, but we still have things to catch up on when ingredients arrive. 

Everyone came to work and just went to town on those service tickets. Wear and tear was apparent though as we had another well sold day with only 4 bartenders. We're holding on strong! EA

Prep List: Simple Syrup (probably a double batch) will need to be made once Baldor arrives tomorrow. JH

Didn't get a chance to make a watermelon G&T. Will get on that Asap. Maybe half a Spanish Steps? Only have .5 qt EA

Pay Outs: $126 8600- Piping and supplies for repairs. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & Stumptown arriving tomorrow.  US Foods arriving Wednesday. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: The POS on the far end of trees froze a couple of times today with the card reader saying approved, but the screen not refreshing. The two transactions documented were tickets T27 and T29.

T27 was for $27.00 and was around 7:20pm. 
T29 was for $9.00 and was at 7:30pm. 

Both transactions are in the envelope on the corkboard. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
