Manager Communication: Chill Monday vibes, which really gave bar team time to reset after the weekend and solidify new menu changes.  Dinner round had a couple of theaters with decent sales, but nothing overwhelming at either bar. JH

Customer Comments:  Today at about 8:30ish Sabrina in theater 6 told me someone said their Hibiscus lime soda tasted like alcohol. I went to Trees, tasted the mix and realized it was neon demon.  I told the MODs and Sabrina that we inadvertently served that guest alcohol.  I checked every other Hibi Lime behind both bars and the rest were fine.  After the movie was over I joined Jarred to speak to the guest, apologize profusely, and I let them know what exactly was served.  The guest seemed okay at the end and thanked us for our customer service.  EL

BAR Staff Observations: I touched base with both Lydia and Miguel before we opened to go over new menu items, as neither were able to attend the menu change meeting last Thursday. JH
Besides the Hibi-lime, everything went smoothly. Closers Darius and Jenn did a good job. 

FOH Staff Observations: Sabrina was great letting me know about the hibi lime and communicating with the guest. 

Special Events? The Fog had a nice bar crowd. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I was able to sort and organize bar prep and the dry racks in order to prioritize new menu ingredients.  When I have time later this week, I'll put the shelves through the glasswasher.  When Coco Lopez arrives, there is a space cleared for it next to the bus bin of bar tools. JH

Suggestions to avoid the hibi-lime mistake. neon demon go only in 4qts and Hibi Lime only in 2qt?.  a color coated lid system?

86ed / counts on items: Spiked Tea is on a count. Ebbs Summer and Iced Coffee 86ed

Prep List: Neon Demon, Dem syrup, and some regular batching but the bars are stocked. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & Stumptown arriving tomorrow.

US Foods arriving Wednesday. Coco Lopez is backordered on Baldor until later in the week, so Coco Lopez will be on the US Foods order. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
