Manager Communication: We have been Barbenheimered aagain today. Pretty much non stop all day. 

Our induction burner stopped working today. I brought the one from Williamsburg over as we need it over here this weekend moch more. I ordered a new one today, so we can return Williamsburgs when it arrives from Websta. 

Customer Comments: Around 10pm Mathew let me know that there was a customer in trees who they decided to cut off, and then after that a female guest complained about him being weird with her. He seemed pretty intoxicated, so I flagged him to Dwight to try to expedite him out of the building. Dwight recognized him because he had sold him tickets to the 3:45 Oppenheimer and the 10:15 Barbie. We made the call that he should not be allowed to stay for Barbie, as he had been there drinking all day and was visibly intoxicated. Dwight let him know, and he became very argumentative. we were able to get him down to the lobby and refund the ticket back to his card, but he continued to argue loudly with Dwight for quite a while. Then after he left he came back and argued some more. Dwight handled it really well, but the man was upset with our decision, and might contact later. 

BAR Staff Observations: Really incredible work again today. Everyone just put their head down and crushed service. Natasha was really great in the service pass all night, and Jeshua really hustles. He is a great addition to the team. 

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone really seems to be rising to the challenge of these busy services. 

Prep List: We will need simple syrup made when the sugar gets in. 

Tevon made 2 of everything today, but I am sure we will have to do it again tomorrow. 

Lost & Found?: Had a guest stop by lobby looking for her driver's license that she believes she left behind this past week.  Could not find any id with her name in the office, so she left her information in case it shows up.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor arriving tomorrow.  Amazon (Barbie glitter & sugar) arriving on Sunday.  Stumptown arriving on Tuesday. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
