Manager Communication: Lots of walk ins during the first round. With schools out, numbers jumped quite a bit. EA
Great evening, great theater pops and Trees was great. EL
BAR Staff Observations: Chester is out with a torn ACL and will be out for the foreseeable future. Matthew was kind enough to close the lobby bar since Gabrielle couldn't cover and it was too short of notice to get anyone here. That being said, it was a tight day today for the bar staff, but everyone was willing to pitch in and help out. EA
The staff worked great together being a person down. Ashley had a great close. EL
Hiring/Training: With Chester out and Andrea's availability changing, should we reach out to Jeshua for hiring? I know there was the whole conversation with Kelsey as well if we decide to move internally. I'm not quite sure it is the right time to train someone from scratch, but it may be one of our only resorts outside of an external post. EA
Sick Leave/ Call outs: Chester Rhodes 6.5hrs added to sick calendar. EA
Special Events? Karaoke had a great crowd tonight. There were people from the start who then went to see Alien from LA and then sang songs after the movie. The momentum started by them carried out through the night with guests leaving movies, stoping at Trees and singing a song or two. I'm glad we had a good Karaoke. EL
Prep List: Old Fashioned should be made tomorrow.
Pay Outs: 3.69 for Pretzels, $100 for karaoke
Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: our Amazon order for nu-foamicide was canceled for reasons unknown (could have just been the seller), but I put in an order with Fast Kathy because we are completely out of it. Should arrive tomorrow morning with an invoice attached. EA
Maintenance: Coca Cola gave me the cold shoulder and cancelled my service ticket. They were supposed to come today to fix the compressor, but stated that because there were "multiple tickets" open, they had to cancel the one for today and they would contact me when the technician would be en route. However, they could not tell me when that would be nor did they provide me with a new ticket number, so ultimately I had to start a new ticket. Number 19029709.

update on coca cola: They called back as I was preparing to head out the door. They couldn't figure out why the call was cancelled, but I was assured that we were not billed for it. They had me go through the entire process to get a new ticket going with the NPP Amex, so if we WERE double charged, they would give us a refund. Is this something I check in with Bogi in regards to, or can anyone else check in on this? In any case, the representative told me it would be another 24-48hrs until someone could get out and fix our compressor. Fingers crossed.

Now onto Dio and the ice machine: Earlier this week on Sunday when Eliel and I reached out, Dio made it sound like he was ordering the sensor we needed to fix the ice machine at Trees and that it would be a few days to get in. Today when circling back to the conversation, not only did he NOT order the part, he also said he couldn't order the part because he did not have the model number, despite Eliel and I provided all the information and pictures needed. In any case, I've now sent him the model number again and he will be in the clean the machines first. Eliel will make sure the ice is burned and the machines are in the off mode. EA
