Manager Communication: Pretty mellow day in the building today with a small bump for dinner. Not much going on at either bar otherwise. Straightforward day with an easy close. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Bar was well into service when I got in. Eliel was cut from the floor relatively early to work on Film Feast things. Maya stayed on until the crowd for Mommy's Dearest was settled in. Lydia and Tevon closed the night out at their bars. EA

86ed / counts on items: I sent out an email to all bar mgmt regarding sales on items that are changing so we can slow down our batching as we approach menu change. EA

Prep List: We'll need a couple of cheater for Trees, a small amount of warchild syrup needs to be made (less than a quart), I think a single batch of Part of Your World, Michelada, and Lemonade. EA

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I reordered chili sugar for the spiderman cocktail as the last one was lost in transit and we're running low. Also ordered was more spider gummies as they're looking sparse as well (in anticipation of extending the special another week). 

FEDEX did not pick up our outgoing package again. Can someone please drop it off here:

Maintenance: The light bulbs in the alcove where the film strips and bench are at Trees is too bright. We need to get bulbs with less lumens and something that dims easier. I think they are tied into the bar lights and even when I get them as low as we can go, they remain pretty bright. I'll add to maintenance doc. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
